Return to Self is a 7-day therapeutic yoga and mindfulness journey designed to gently support emotional balance, nervous system regulation, and inner calm.

This is not a regular yoga class and not about forcing positivity or “fixing” yourself. It is a soft, structured space to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with your body in a safe and supportive way.
Through gentle Hatha and Yin Yoga, calming pranayama, meditation, chakra awareness, journaling, lifestyle guidance, and small sharing circles, this journey helps you feel more grounded, present, and emotionally supported.
Ideal for anyone experiencing stress, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, low mood, mental fatigue, or a sense of disconnection — or simply wanting a gentler way to care for their mind and body.
