At Balance Soma, we carefully plan our trainings, therapy sessions, accommodation, and other services around each participant’s booking. Please read the following Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before making a payment.
Booking Confirmation
Once your payment has been successfully completed, our team will review and confirm your booking details.
You will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message within 24–48 hours.
If you do not hear from us within this time, please contact us via WhatsApp at +91 81288 58598 and share a screenshot of your payment confirmation. Our team will verify the payment and assist you with your booking.
200hrs Yoga Teacher Training
No-Refund Policy
The €200 deposit paid to reserve your place in the 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training is strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
Any amount paid above the €200 deposit may be adjusted towards a future Yoga Teacher Training or another eligible Balance Soma course within 3 years from the date of payment, subject to availability and applicable course fees.
Any difference in course fees will be payable by the participant.
No cash refunds will be provided for participant-initiated cancellations.
Course Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 5 participants is required for the 200hrs Yoga Teacher Training to be conducted.
Balance Soma reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training if the minimum number of participants is not reached or due to unforeseen circumstances.
If Balance Soma cancels the training:
- Participants will be informed at least one month in advance, wherever reasonably possible.
- The amount paid by the participant for the training will be fully refunded.
- Alternatively, participants may choose to transfer their payment to another available training, subject to availability.
Balance Soma will not be responsible for independently booked flights, visas, travel arrangements, insurance, or other third-party expenses resulting from a course cancellation.
Yoga Therapy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Yoga Therapy sessions are conducted on a one-to-one basis, with appointment slots reserved exclusively for each client.
Therefore, payments are non-refundable once a session has been booked.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please inform your therapist at least 24 hours in advance.
For unforeseen emergencies requiring a last-minute cancellation, please inform your therapist as soon as possible.
Clients who have purchased a session package may receive up to two emergency cancellations/rescheduling adjustments, subject to therapist availability.
Therapist Cancellation
If the therapist needs to cancel a session at short notice due to an unforeseen circumstance, the session will be rescheduled at a mutually convenient time at no additional cost to the client.
Yoga Therapy Packages
If you need to pause or discontinue your therapy after purchasing a package, payment for any unused sessions may be adjusted towards future Yoga Therapy sessions within 6 months from the date of purchase.
Unused sessions:
- Are subject to therapist availability.
- Cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Cannot be transferred to another person.
No-Shows
Missed sessions without prior communication will be considered completed sessions and will not be eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
